Privacy policy
Last updated: 5 June 2026
OpsVault (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
1. What we collect
We only collect the information you choose to give us through our consultation form:
- Your name
- Business name
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Anything you write in your message
We don’t ask for sensitive information (such as health, financial, or identity details), and you don’t need to create an account to use this site.
2. How we collect it
We collect this information directly from you when you submit the consultation form. We don’t buy it or gather it about you from anyone else.
3. Why we use it
We use your information only to:
- Respond to your enquiry
- Arrange and carry out your free consultation
- Follow up about the services you asked about
We won’t use your details for unrelated marketing, and we won’t add you to any mailing list unless you ask us to.
4. Cookies and tracking
This website uses no cookies, no analytics, and no third-party trackers. Nothing is stored in your browser and we don’t build a profile of your activity. Switching language simply changes the page address.
5. Who we share it with
We don’t sell your personal information. To run our website and reply to you, a small number of trusted providers handle your data on our behalf:
- Web3Forms — delivers your form submission to our inbox (privacy policy).
- Netlify — hosts this website and may log standard technical data (such as your IP address) in its server logs for security and reliability.
- Our email provider — we receive and store your enquiry in our business inbox.
These providers may store or process data on servers outside Australia (for example, in the United States). We only share what’s necessary to respond to you.
6. How we protect it
This site is served over a secure (HTTPS) connection with additional security headers. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry only as long as we need it to respond and for our reasonable business records. When it’s no longer needed, we delete it.
8. Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us at admin@opsvault.com.au and we’ll action your request.
9. Complaints
If you’re concerned about how we’ve handled your personal information, please email us first at admin@opsvault.com.au so we can put it right. If you’re not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed.
